You can be casual or fanatic:
You can pore over minor league prospects and tinker with
your lineup - or, you can check in once or twice a week.
We only take transactions and lineup changes once per week,
so while you may have to keep up with what's going on in MLB
to be really successful, you're not going to be stung by
teams that add/drop players every day and change their
lineups every day:

Thanks Jon.....just looking back at my rag tag league
champ Hudson River stats on the year.... and just as I
thought, I had to turn my batting lineup over a couple times
using 31 different batters (not including BW's of course).
It's got to be close to a record for a league champ, no?

I think one aspect of the league that appeals to me is
that you don't have to go out and make changes every day,
like some sites do. Since changes are only accepted once per
week, you have more time to research and figure out how to
construct your team.

Thank you Jon! I didn't realize how much I missed "real"
fantasy baseball. I hope to keep all 3 teams next year
(or maybe drop one of the existing teams and pick up a
team in a new league). I'm actually most proud of the
Beatleball team's turnaround. I'm not sure if I should
have guaranteed so many salaries, but we'll see how it
works out. I'll be curious to see how much the salaries
changed.

First off, I
wanted to let you
know how impressed I am with your site... it looks
very in-depth and realistic, and those are the things
that make Fantasy BB fun to me.

Hi Jon,
I'm Andy [D]'s brother, and he's flogging me to get me
in NOW, before he loses the opportunity to pummel me
mercilessly throughout the baseball season. I filled out
the online sign-up form. Please let me know if I'm in,
so that I can AT LEAST get him off my back until the
pummeling begins. |

Thanks for all the good work - I'm
having a blast despite my league leading 14-game losing
streak. Was hoping to post the best winning streak, too,
but got knocked off on my attempt at #9. |
