New in 2015, we start with players given a #1 draft rank.
Then we resolve in order of the count of teams selecting a
player - starting with the ones picked most often.
Two players with salary 100 had a #1 rank - both picked
by 6 teams.
When the same number of teams are involved, we resolve in
order of position as used in baseball scoring (P = 1, C = 2,
etc. - all OF =7)
When the position is the same, we resolve in alphabetical
order
