Startup Draft - Scooby Doo League

See the Draft Rules for how these players were awarded. Remember, that all contested players are placed first - so at the beginning, all teams have 38 million in unused salary cap cash - regardless of how many uncontested draft picks they had.

For resolution purposes, any player rank left at zero was changed to "999" (to allow for sorting).

Resolving Players with Salary 100 - Ranked #1 and Picked by 8 to 6 teams

New in 2015, we start with players given a #1 draft rank. 6 players with salary 100 fall in that category.

Then we resolve in order of the count of teams selecting a player - starting with the ones picked most often.

4 of these were selected by 7 Teams. If the number of teams are the same, we resolve in order of position as used in baseball scoring (P = 1, C = 2, etc. - all OF =7)
